Why the changes are needed
The proposal is expected to improve road safety by providing businesses short term parking for deliveries.
Currently, delivery vehicles attempting to unload are causing safety issues, such as double parking and potential collisions.
Following significant concerns raised during the consultation process, regarding access and parking scarcity, this project will not be proceeding to the next stage of detailed planning.
