We are proposing the extension of existing broken yellow lines (no stopping at all times parking restrictions) on the eastern side of Rangeview Road with the removal of approximately 7 parking spaces.

Why the changes are needed

We are proposing these changes as Rangeview Road is considered a narrow road and vehicle accessibility and driver visibility are both restricted when cars are parked on both sides of the road.

Feedback

The proposal received positive feedback with no concerns raised by respondents. After reviewing this feedback and all other supporting evidence, the proposal will proceed without changes to the next stage of detailed planning.

Next steps

We expect to introduce this work between July 2018 and June 2019, subject to further changes in design or funding issues.

Contractors will issue 48-hour notices to all affected residents prior to construction work.
