How to get a replacement Total Mobility AT HOP card

Please note that you will no longer be charged for new and replacement cards.

Step 1 - Phone your Total Mobility asssessor agency

You will need to phone your Total Mobility assessor agency (or call our Contact Centre Team on 09 355 3553) and tell them that your card is lost, stolen or expired.

Step 2 - Dispatch of the replacement card

You will receive your replacement card within 2 weeks of placing your request. 

Please note, you will be charged full fares until the card is replaced.
