Travel on special event buses is included with your game ticket. Services operate to Eden Park from Auckland City Centre, Northern Busway stations, Manukau, Botany, Pakuranga, Takapuna, Newmarket and Mt Eden.

Remember to keep your game ticket for the ride home.

Train

Travel on trains from 3 hours before the start of the game, until the end of service with your game ticket. Remember to keep your game ticket for the ride home.

Travel early, beat the crowds.

Western Line

Additional trains will operate on the Western Line.

A mobility shuttle will operate after the match for patrons that are unable to walk between 61 Sandringham Road and Morningside Station.

After the game, for passengers travelling West, trains will depart from Morningside Station.

City Centre

The additional trains for the game will depart Britomart stopping only at Grafton station en route.

After the game, Kingsland is the station for passengers heading back towards the city (transfer at Britomart for trains going South or East). Trains depart Kingsland stopping only at Grafton station en route.

Southern and Eastern Line (including Onehunga)

Additional trains will operate on the Southern and Eastern Lines to Britomart where you can transfer onto Western Line services to Kingsland Station.

After the game, Kingsland will be the station for passengers heading back to Britomart where passengers can transfer onto Eastern and Southern Line trains.

 


Ferry

The Downtown Ferry Terminal is next to the Britomart Transport Centre in Downtown Auckland. This means ferry passengers can easily change to a train for transport to Eden Park.

Normal fares/passes apply for ferry services.

Terms and Conditions

  • Travel on trains to and from Eden Park for the match between All Blacks and Australia Saturday 25 August 2018 is included with your match ticket.
  • Bus travel included with your match ticket is only available on special event bus services and starts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours prior to kick off.
  • Train travel included with your match ticket starts from 3 hours prior to kick off for the All Blacks vs Australia match on Saturday 25 August 2018.
  • Normal fares will apply to all train services if a concert ticket is not presented.
  • Tickets must be retained to show for return travel after the match, otherwise normal fares will apply.
  • If you do not show your valid match ticket normal fares apply for regular train services.
  • While all effort has been made to cater for expected demand on trains and special event buses, space on these services is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Passengers will be boarded on a first come first served basis.
  • Auckland Transport accepts no liability whatsoever in relation to the provision of these services, including, but not limited to, any liability in relation to any delay of, or failure to provide, any services.
  • Travel on Ferries is not included.
