Australia vs Tonga Rugby League Match

Location: Mt Smart Stadium
Date and Time: Saturday 20 October - Gates open 5pm

Auckland Diwali Festival

Location: Aotea Square
Dates and Times:
Saturday 20 October - 12pm to 9pm
Sunday 21 October - 12pm to 9pm

Armageddon Expo

Location: ASB Showgrounds
Dates and Times: 
Friday 19 October - 6pm to 9pm
Saturday 20 October - 9am to 6pm
Sunday 21 October - 10am to 6pm
Monday 22 October - 10am to 5pm

Breakers vs Kings

Location: Spark Arena
Date and Time: Sunday 21 October - 2pm

Bus

All buses will be operating to a Sunday/Public Holiday timetable on Monday 22 October 2018.

Normal fares and passes apply for bus travel.

Train

Some trains will be replaced by buses from Saturday 20 to Monday 22 October 2018 due to scheduled maintenance work.

  • Western line - Buses will replace trains between Swanson and Britomart
  • Eastern line - Trains will operate between Britomart and Otahuhu. Buses will replace trains between Otahuhu and Manukau.
  • Onehunga line -  Trains will operate as normal.
  • Southern line - Trains will operate between Britomart and Otahuhu. Buses will replace trains between Otahuhu and Pukekohe.

Reason for line closure: Southern and Eastern lines will be closed for Takanini Motorway widening, sleeper replacement and trackwork (distressing, mudspots and removal of Papatoetoe level crossing). Western line will be closed for level crossing upgrades.

Ferry

The Downtown Ferry Terminal is next to the Britomart Transport Centre in Downtown Auckland. This means ferry passengers can easily change to a train or bus from the City Centre to various venues across Auckland.
