Downtown Ferry Terminal maintenance and improvements

From Monday 20 February until late March, essential refurbishment is taking place at Downtown Ferry Terminal to repair the concrete structure under Whaf 2 (Piers 10, 11 & 12). 

Due to the nature of work (hydro demolition), there will be increased noise levels for customers travelling on Waiheke serivces departing from Pier 11. 

There will be no pier closures or changes to timetables for ferry services. Due to increased noise levels at the terminal, ear plugs are available upon request – please see wharf staff
