50A timetable change

The first 10 trips departing Monday to Friday from Onetangi will depart 5 minutes earlier.


503 Monday to Friday

Route 503 operating Monday to Friday will be withdrawn. Services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will continue to operate.

Routes 50A and 502 provide an alternative service between Matiatia and Oneroa.


50B temporarily withdrawn until new drivers can be recruited

From Monday 16 December 2019, bus route 50B will not run until further notice. Route 50A will continue to provide a half-hourly service between Onetangi and Matiatia.

Routes 502, 503 and 504 will also continue to operate.

As this is a temporary change only, timetables on display at bus stops will not be changed.

50A Buses to Matiatia from Jellicoe Parade / Wellington Road

Every second 50A service will divert around Jellicoe Parade / Wellington Rd on the way to Matiatia. See the above timetable for details.

50A Buses from Matiatia to Jellicoe Parade / Wellington Road

Every second 50A service from Matiatia will only divert around Jellicoe Parade / Wellington Road if the driver is requested by a passenger on board the bus.


New temporary trial service for Ostend Road

50A Buses to Matiatia from Ostend Road / Wharf Road

Every second 50A service will divert around Ostend Road / Wharf Road on the way to Matiatia.

50A Buses from Matiatia to Ostend Road / Wharf Road

Every second 50A service from Matiatia will only divert down Ostend Road / Wharf Road if the driver is requested by a passenger on board the bus.
