Bus services not running during the Red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework

  • We are currently running at a reduced timetable. Please check Journey Planner for the most up to date information.
  • We are constantly monitoring return to our services and adding additional buses where they're needed most. The timetable stays the same for now but there will be more buses so we can carry more people during busy times.
  • At this stage, the plan is to return all bus services to normal timetables from Tuesday 1 February.
  • School bus services will return and start operating from Tuesday 1 February.

  • 352 - Manukau Bus Station To Panmure Via East Tamaki
  • 866 – Albany Station to Newmarket via Auckland Hospital
  • 966 – Beach Haven to Newmarket via Auckland Hospital
  • 986 – Hibiscus Coast Station to Albany Station
  • These services will not run on Saturday or Sunday

Route 114 Westgate to Hobsonville Point will run an extra service on Monday to Friday

  • 07:30 – Westgate to Hobsonville Point

Route 125 Helensville to Westgate will run an extra service on Monday to Friday

  • 06:35 – Helensville to Westgate

Route 195 New Lynn to City Centre will run an extra service on Monday to Friday

  • 06:45 – New Lynn to City Centre

Route 333X Britomart to Ōtāhuhu will operate Monday to Saturday

  • 23:30 – Britomart to Ōtāhuhu
  • Does not run on Sunday

Route 366 Manurewa to Manukau will run an extra service on Monday to Friday

Route 941 Beach Haven to Takapuna will run extra services on Monday to Friday

  • 05:30 – Beach Haven to Takapuna

Route 982 will run extra services on Monday to Friday

  • 05:36 – Manly to Hibiscus Coast Station
  • 06:05 – Hibiscus Coast Station to Manly
  • 06:36 - Manly to Hibiscus Coast Station

Bus services not running during the Red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework

These bus routes do not have a Saturday or Sunday timetable and will not operate under the Red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework.

If you're taking the train

In the Red setting, the plan is to return the train service timetables back to normal on Tuesday 8 February.

Please check Journey Planner for the most up to date information.

On Sunday 6 February and Monday 7 February (public holiday), trains will run on the Sunday timetable. 

Rail line closures for planned project and maintenance work will continue.

If you're taking the ferry

All ferry services have returned to a normal timetable however due to skill shortages, some Gulf Harbour and Half Moon Bay services will have replacement buses and some Waiheke and Pine Harbour services will be cancelled as noted below.

At this stage, ferry services will remain at a normal timetable during the Red setting until further notice.
