East Auckland school bus changes

As part of the East Auckland New Network, school buses in the area will change from term 1, 2018.

At the beginning of term 1, 2018, you will need to travel on a new school bus route, a public transport service (some journeys will be quicker on public services), or a combination of both.

Using the Journey Planner for your new school journey

To plan your new school journey:

  1. Open the Journey Planner
  2. Enter where you are travelling "FROM" and "TO" (ie address or name of your school).
  3. Enter the time you would like to travel.
  4. Select the date your school's term 1, 2018 begins.
  5. Click the "Advanced" button.
  6. Under "Transport Mode" click the check box for "School Bus".
  7. Click the "Search" button.

The Journey Planner will show details for the best journeys available.

Botany Downs Primary
