North Shore and Hibiscus Coast school bus changes North Shore and Hibiscus Coast school bus changes

As part of the New North Network, some school buses in the area will change from term 4, 2018.

Most school bus routes will be given new route numbers to formalise the route numbering system and remove duplication. Some bus routes are changing to remove differences between the morning and returning afternoon routes to make them easier to understand and use. Some routes are being changed due to low patronage in streets along the current route.

At the beginning of term 4 (Monday 15 October 2018), you may need to travel on a new school bus route, a public transport service (some journeys will be quicker on public services), or a combination of both.

NOTE: The school bus routes listed below are no longer changing and will have the same routes and times as they did in Term 3.
We have updated our website to show this (AT.govt.nz/bus-train-ferry/timetables/school-timetables/) however, until the second week of Term 4 our online Journey Planner will show the routes and times we had previously planned and these are now incorrect.
