Beginner bike training for adults

If you are new to riding or are getting back into it and need a bit of a confidence boost, these sessions are for you.

Keen to master the art of riding a bike? We now have two options for you:

Drop-in bike skills & maintenance sessions

Keen to master the art of riding a bike? New monthly, drop-in beginner bike & bike maintenance sessions are being run across Auckland over the next few months.

These very relaxed, practical sessions are run entirely off the road and provide plenty of opportunity to learn and practice the basics.

At the session there will be separate ‘learn to ride’ instruction for anybody who has never ridden a bike, while other participants will practice changing gears, braking, and bike control. A mechanic will also be there for anybody wanting to learn about maintenance.

Bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t want you to miss a moment of the fun, so it is best to be there early.

No need to book for these sessions.
