How to register & set up AT Park

Registering for AT Park

Before you can pay for parking using AT Park, you must register for an account. 

Option 1: Download the AT Park app

Option 2: Register online

Create an account and then register for AT Park.

To register, you need to provide your:

  • Credit or debit card details.
  • Email address.
  • Mobile phone number.
  • Vehicle registration number(s).

To use your AT Park account, you must have at least 1 vehicle and 1 mobile phone registered.


Setting up and using your AT Park account

Payment set-up

To pay for parking using AT Park, you need to register a credit or debit card (we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club).

Your registered card will only be charged when you complete a parking session, for the amount required for that session. There are no additional charges.

We do not hold money in your account.

If a payment fails, we will send you an email and your AT Park account will be temporarily disabled. Once you correct the issue, we will try and recover the failed transaction and your account will be enabled (if payment goes through).

If a failed transaction is still unpaid after 90 days, we will pass the debt to a third-party debt collector and you will be liable for any applicable fees and commission.

Parking text reminders

When you add a mobile phone to your account, you will be asked if you want set up text reminders that will let you know a parking session is about to expire.

You'll get a text message 10 minutes before the session expires so you can choose to move your vehicle or pay for more parking.

There is no fee for this service.

Multiple user accounts

AT Park allows multiple users and multiple vehicles to be set up on the one account. This is useful for families or businesses that want different people to use AT Park but have all transactions linked to one account.

For businesses, this is a simple and easy way to manage business parking costs. The transaction history allows you to see the date and time of each job.

Adding vehicles

  1. Log on to your AT Park account through MyAT.
  2. Select 'Manage account'.
  3. In the User menu, select 'Add vehicle'.
  4. Add as many vehicles as you want.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account in the app, select 'Account' and then 'Vehicles'.

Adding users

  1. Log on to your AT Park account through MyAT.
  2. Select 'Manage account'
  3. In the User menu select 'Add mobile phone'
  4. Add the phone number
  5. You can limit the vehicles that other people can use or the times that you want them to use AT Park. If you want users to be able to use AT Park with any of the registered vehicles, then select 'No vehicle registration'.
  6. Add as many people (phone numbers) as you want.
