Road network and public transport update for Saturday 25 February
Date: 25 February 2023 After the overnight rain, there has been damage across the roading network, and updates are continually coming in as our contractors are out assessing the situation. There are currently 40 roads across in Auckland that have full closures in place. While some of these closures are expected to only last for the next few days, others will take months to repair. Disruption to transport on Friday afternoon during peak in Auckland city centre
Date: 2 March 2023 Auckland Transport (AT) is aware of a planned march on Friday afternoon that will likely cause significant disruption to traffic and public transport in the city from 3pm until 6pm. A march will take place tomorrow between Te Komititanga Square and Victoria Park, along Customs Street and Fanshawe Street. Keep tagging on – AT HOP system to be restored by Tuesday
Date: 17 September 2023 AT expects its AT HOP system to be restored for customers to use from Tuesday morning. The affected part of the system, which has been offline since a cyber incident impacted it last week, is being rebuilt as quickly as possible. Customers will be able to top-up their cards online via MyAT, AT customer service centres and via ticket machines from Tuesday morning, and able to top-up via our AT HOP retailers from Tuesday evening.
