How to update your contact details 

To update your name, address, email or phone numbers in MyAT: 

  1. Log in to MyAT.
  2. Go to the MyAT menu and select 'My account', then 'Account details'.
  3. Update your details and select 'Save'.

How to update your payment method 

To add, update or delete your saved card or bank account details in MyAT:

  1. Log in to MyAT.
  2. Go to the MyAT menu and select 'My account', then 'Account details'.
  3. Under 'Payment details', select 'Update your bank or credit card details'.
  4. In 'Payment options', add, update or delete your payment methods.
