How to update your contact details

You can update your name, address, email or phone numbers in MyAT.

1. Go to 'Account details' in MyAT.
2. Update your details and select 'Save'.

How to manage your payment method

You can add, update or delete your saved card or bank account details in MyAT.

1. Go to 'Payment methods' in MyAT. You will be asked to log in.
2. This page will show your saved payment method (if you have one).
3. Choose ‘Credit or debit card’ or ‘Bank account’.
4. Select ‘Add method’ or 'Change payment method'.

You will be taken to our secure payment portal to enter your new payment details.
