How to update your contact details 

To update your name, address, email ID or phone numbers in MyAT: 

1. Log in to MyAT 
2. From the menu, select ‘Update details for AT HOP’
3. Edit your details then click ‘Submit’.

How to update your payment method 

To add, update or delete your saved card or bank account details in MyAT:

1. Log in to My HOP accounts
2. Go to ‘Payment options’ at the bottom of the page then add, update or delete your payment details.
