This weekend we’re upgrading the AT HOP system and so you won’t be able to login to your AT HOP account from 9.00pm Friday 25 May through until 9.00am Sunday 27 May.
During the outage you will still be able to top up your AT HOP card at retailers or use top up machines at stations, but you won’t be able to log in to your AT HOP account online to top-up, view transactions or make any changes.
Our Customer Service Centres and contact centre teams won’t have access to your AT HOP account and won’t be able to load any concessions, so we suggest you do that before Friday night.
All other AT web pages, including the journey planner will be available, as will access to your MyAT account. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
