Lost property on bus, train or ferry

Reporting problems with railway crossings

For problems with railway crossings, for example, barrier arms, bells or lights at crossings not working correctly, call KiwiRail on 0800 808 400.

Damage at train station

For any damage at train stations, contact our train station maintenance team directly on 09 336 8194.
