About pre-paid vouchers
Pre-paid parking vouchers allow you to pay for a set amount of parking time in advance. You can purchase vouchers for full day parking or various durations, from one to 5 hours.
Vouchers can be used at Civic car park, Downtown car park, Victoria Street car park, Toka Puia car park and Ronwood Avenue car park.
Pre-paid vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. We cannot replace or refund vouchers that have expired or will expire shortly.
There is a minimum order of 25 vouchers.
Prices
Prices are the same as the Monday to Friday casual hourly rate of the car park—which are subject to change. See each car park page for rates.

How to use pre-paid vouchers
Use your vouchers to pay for parking at the payment machines before leaving the car park. You cannot use vouchers at an exit barrier.
- Enter your number plate details.
- The price for the time parked will display.
- Scan the pre-paid voucher on the red scanner.
- If the voucher is enough to cover your parking cost, the transaction is complete and you can leave the car park.
Voucher is less than the cost of parking
If your voucher does not cover your parking fee you will need to pay for what is leftover. Complete your payment using EFTPOS, credit or debit card.
Voucher is more than the cost of parking
If the value of your voucher is more than the price of your parking, you will not get any refund.
