Hourly rates are per hour or part hour. Rates are a guideline only and subject to change. Refer to the schedule of fees at the car park entry.

On Saturday and Sunday, parking is only available on levels 1 and 1A.

To access your car after hours contact Armourguard on 0800 900 015. You will need to pay a release fee additional to your parking fee.

Paying for parking

You can pay using the payment machines in the car park or the AT Park app.

Payment machines

The payment machines accept credit and debit cards, including payWave and PayPass. You will need to enter your number plate details to pay.

AT Park app

If using the AT Park app you don't need to do anything when you enter the car park. When you’re ready to leave, enter the area ID and confirm payment.

More parking options

Fanshawe Street car park has 20 dedicated mobility parking spaces. These are for vehicles displaying a mobility parking permit. They are on:

  • Level 1 - 4 spaces
  • Level 4A - 6 spaces

The spaces on level 4A are not available on weekends when this level is closed.

To use these spaces:

  • between 6am and 6pm your first 2 hours are free, then usual rates apply
  • after 6pm and on weekends there is no charge.

For the concession, take your mobility card to a pay machine, press the help button and talk to our team before driving to the exit.

In Fanshawe Street car park there are 12 spaces for motorcycles and scooters. The spaces are well signposted. Only one motorcycle or scooter should park in each space.

There is currently no charge for motorcycle or scooter parking in AT car park buildings.

Car parks can be leased on a monthly basis at Fanshawe Street car park—subject to availability.
