Zoo car park closure – from 3 November

The car park closest to the Zoo entrance will be closed for essential upgrades. This work is expected to take up to 6 weeks. See Auckland Zoo for more details, including other parking options.

  • Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm

$2.50 per hour to a maximum of $8.50

Paying for parking

You can pay using the payment machines in the car park or the AT Park app.

Payment machines

Pay at the machines using credit and debit cards. They accept payWave and PayPass.

  • You will need to enter your number plate details to pay
AT Park app

Start your parking session when you arrive in the car park. You do this by entering the car park area ID and checking your vehicle details. Be sure to end the session when you are ready to leave.

Terms and conditions

In its car parks, AT does not allow:

  • any advertising without prior authorisation
  • the distribution of advertising material
  • the sale or distribution of goods, unless it is during the hours of a licensed market
  • the storage of goods.
