We’re responding to requests from residents and the community to improve safety and access at the end of Caughey Place.
Vehicles parked at the end of the cul-de-sac can block access and make it difficult for drivers to turn around safely.
To keep the area clear, we’re planning to install broken yellow lines, which mean no stopping at all times, around the end of the cul-de-sac.
This will make it easier for residents, rubbish collection trucks, emergency vehicles and other service vehicles to access and move through the street safely.

We plan to install broken yellow lines around the end of the cul-de-sac.
We’ll inform residents before work starts. In good weather, painting the road markings should take a couple of hours.
