Changes coming to Flat Bush streets

We plan to remove broken yellow lines (BYLs) on Grand Ridge Avenue, Ridgehill Rise and Southridge Road, Flat Bush. This will give the community back 35 on-street parking spaces.

The changes we’re making by September 2026

We will reallocate:

• 18 on-street parking spaces on Grand Ridge Avenue
• 9 on-street parking spaces on Ridgehill Rise
• 8 on-street parking spaces on Southridge Road.

Benefits to your neighbourhood

Residents and visitors will have more on-street parking availability.

What happens next

It will take one day to remove the BYLs with good weather.

Park courteously and do not block driveways. Vehicles parked illegally may get infringement notices or be towed away.
