Hilton Place access improvements

We’re planning to improve access along Hilton Place for residents.

We've heard concerns from residents about issues caused by vehicles being parked on both sides of this narrow road. When this happens, it can make it hard for residents to access their properties. It can also make it hard for emergency service vehicles and rubbish trucks to get through safely.

To address this, by January 2027 we plan to paint broken yellow lines (no stopping at all times):

• along the northern side of Hilton Place
• between the driveways of properties 3 and 13
• around the cul-de-sac. 

It will take one day to paint the road markings in good weather.

Hilton Place is narrow. These changes will:

• help prevent vehicles from parking opposite each other
• make it easier for residents to access their properties
• help larger vehicles, like rubbish trucks and emergency services, drive along the street.
