Improving mobility parking in Anzac Street, Takapuna
We received a request from a charitable organisation to provide a mobility parking space near the intersection of Anzac Street and Campbell Road in Takapuna.

Walking and drivingOverview
We provide mobility parking across the city to ensure people with severe walking restrictions, medical conditions or mobility aids can safely access:
- community services
- healthcare
- work
- daily essentials.
As part of this commitment, we're proposing to change a driveway that is no longer needed into a mobility parking space.
The new space would be a P120 mobility parking space outside 5 Anzac Street, Takapuna.
Construction is expected to finish by the end of 2026. It will take only one day to implement these changes, depending on weather.
