Sandringham Road goods deliveries improvements

We recently sought your feedback on our proposal to improve goods deliveries in the Sandringham business local centre by introducing new P5 goods-vehicle loading zones.

A total of 7 submissions were received, with most respondents supporting the proposal and noting benefits for business servicing and safety.

Some concerns were raised about the loss of customer parking, loading time limits, and ongoing illegal truck parking.

After reviewing the feedback we received, we will proceed as proposed. Two general parking spaces at each of the following locations will be changed to P5 goods-vehicle loading zones outside:

• 513 and 513A Sandringham Road
• 581 and 583 Sandringham Road.

These changes will provide safer and legal loading spaces for deliveries and help traffic move more smoothly in the area.
