Vehicle Use and Parking Bylaw 2025
This bylaw makes it easier to use your vehicle and park in Auckland.
On this page
The Auckland Transport (AT) and Auckland Council (AC) Vehicle Use and Parking Bylaw 2025 simplifies rules about vehicle use and parking by creating a single joint bylaw for Auckland.
It allows AT to set requirements for parking and control of traffic on roads under our care, control or management.
