If you want to take a bus transfer, you can catch the 650 bus at stop 1845, 10 minutes away from the Baldwin Ave Train Station. Get off at stop 8122 then walk 7 minutes to Western Springs Stadium and Outer Fields Western Springs.

The Downtown Ferry Terminal is close to various bus routes for easy connections to take a bus to Western Springs Stadium.
