Project benefits
Better connections for west Aucklanders
With more buses in more locations more people will be able to get to more places more often. Better public transport allows more people to use it which contributes to carbon reduction goals.
Project background
These changes are funded by Auckland’s Climate Action Transport Targeted Rate (CATTR). The CATTR funds Te Tāruke-ā-Tāwhiri: Auckland’s Climate Action Plan (opens in a new tab). The aim is to halve Auckland’s regional emissions by 2030 and plan for the impacts of climate change.
