If you are travelling by train, get off at Waitematā station to then transfer to a bus. Customers can catch an NX1 bus from the Lower Albert Street Interchange to Smales Farm or Akoranga station. Use Journey Planner to find a bus that can take you the rest of the way.

Partial Closures
The Southern line is closed between Pukekohe and Papakura for overnight works from 9:30pm until end of daily services.
The Eastern line is closed between Ōtāhuhu and Waitematā for overnight works from 9:30pm until end of daily services.
There will be rail replacement buses for cancelled trains. Check timetables on Train Line Status or use Journey Planner for rail replacement bus details.

Devonport Ferry Terminal is closest terminal to Takapuna. Ferry passengers can easily change to a bus to get to Takapuna.
