How to offer tertiary ID stickers to your students
Tertiary institutions need to be registered with Auckland Transport (AT) to offer stickers.
To register, complete the information request form.
You can email completed forms to studentconcessions@at.govt.nz.
The registration form includes:
- institution contact details
- course or programme information
- estimated student enrolment numbers.
We will review the form and let you know the outcome within 10 working days.
After signing up
Keep your data up to date
You need to keep a list of the students you have issued student ID stickers to. We may sometimes ask for a copy outside of the quarterly schedule. This is for auditing or to validate extra sticker requests.
You also need to tell us if any contact, address or course details change throughout the year.

- calling 09 366 4467.
Get more stickers
If you need more stickers throughout the year, email studentconcessions@at.govt.nz.
We send new stickers to institutions each November. Students apply for those stickers the following February.
Expired stickers
Send us any unused stickers and we will safely get rid of them.
