Bus changes in south Auckland
From April 2026, there will be some new bus routes and bus stops in south Auckland. There will also be more buses for more of the day.

Route changes
New routes
37 Manurewa to Highbrook via Puhinui will pass:
- Wiri
- Weymouth Road
- Roscommon Road
- Puhinui Road
- Preston Road
- Springs Road
- East Tamaki Road.
39 will replace the 361, following the same route.
37 and 39 run:
- every 15 minutes, 7am to 7pm
- every 30 minutes at other times, 7 days a week.
352 Manukau Station to Panmure interchange via Ormiston and Highbrook
A route change through Ormiston. It will go via:
- Greenan Drive
- Bellingham Road
- Accent Drive.
362 Weymouth to Manukau
It will no longer run on Rowandale Avenue.
Timetable improvements
33 Papakura Station to Ōtāhuhu Station via Great South Road
Every 15 minutes in the evenings.
363 Wattle Downs loop
Earlier and later buses, every 30 minutes.
366 Manurewa interchange to Manukau Station via the Gardens
Every 30 minutes in the evenings, and earlier and later in the weekends.
Manurewa to Papakura
A new route 364 Manurewa to Papakura via Conifer Grove and changes to route 365 around Takanini Station.

It will be easier to access jobs, education, train stations and shopping centres for people in Manurewa, Clendon Park, Wiri, Puhinui, Highbrook and Ormiston. More people can get to more places more often.
