Mātiatia terminal is the gateway to Waiheke Island and the second busiest ferry terminal in Auckland.
The renewal and maintenance work for the Mātiatia Wharf area will be coordinated and delivered in stages over the next 3 years. This is to minimise disruption and maximise opportunities for future improvements.
AT will complete various works at Mātiatia Wharf. This will include making the experience of using the ferry better for residents of Waiheke Island, customers and operators in the area.
Our goal is to keep the ferry infrastructure on Waiheke Island reliable and efficient, now and in the future.
