Transfer your permit to a new vehicle

Have you bought a new car, or are you using a different one temporarily?

Please provide:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your email address
  • permit number (if known)
  • licence plate details for the old vehicle
  • make, model and licence plate details for the new vehicle.

If the transfer is accepted, you will be notified within 10 days.

Note: You cannot transfer a permit from one person to another.

Add a co-holder to the existing coupon book

If there are multiple people living in the property who need access to the coupons, they can be added on as co-holders to the existing granted coupon book. This will give them access to activate the coupons for the dates and licence plate required.

Payment for the paid coupons will still come from the card uploaded in the AT Park account of the resident activating the coupon. Find out how to apply for resident parking coupons.

Please provide:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your email address
  • coupon book number
  • co-holder name
  • co-holder email address.

The co-holder will need to register for an AT Park account before they can be added on the coupon book.

It is then the responsibility of the resident to notify us once the co-holder moves out of the property so that we can remove them from the coupon book.

Cancel your permit

There is a limited number of resident permits. If you no longer need yours, please cancel it to free up space for someone else in your zone.

Please provide your:

  • name
  • address
  • email address
  • permit number (if known)
  • licence plate details.

We cannot refund any unused time on the permit as the annual $70 charge is a flat admin fee.

We will contact you when your permit has been cancelled.
