AT Park for business AT Park for business

Use AT Park to manage business parking costs and multiple users in one account.

If your staff need to use on-street paid parking, they can be set up on a company AT Park account. This consolidates all your on-street paid parking costs into one place and you no longer need to reimburse staff for parking costs.

Create account

Create and set up your account on the AT website before your staff download the app to their phones.

Once staff mobile numbers have been set up on the company account they can download the app without needing to register.

To set up an account you will need

  • A valid credit or debit card.
  • A mobile phone number and vehicle registration. This could be a phone number of the business owner/manager and one of the vehicles in your fleet.

Define days & times motorists can use AT Park

The default Access Control Restriction allows each motorist to see and select from any of the loaded vehicles. If you want to restrict this, you need to apply the Access Control filters.

You can edit the ‘Access Control Restriction’ settings for each motorist so that motorists have selected days and times they can use AT Park for each vehicle in your fleet.

When Access Control filters are applied and a motorist tries to select a vehicle they don't have permission to use, they will see an error message on their phone. The error message will read: “An error has occurred. Parking failed. Parking not allowed at this time.”

Apply Access Control Restrictions

Please note that changing these user settings can only be done when there are no vehicles with a live parking session, so these changes may need to be managed outside of your normal business hours.

  1. Log in to your MyAT account
  2. Click on ‘AT Park’ to see options
  3. Click ‘Manage account’ to go to the AT Park portal
  4. From the menu select 'Motorist'
  5. Click ‘Edit’ next to the mobile number you want to manage
  6. From the ‘Vehicle registration’ list, select a vehicle you want to apply restrictions to
  7. Select times access is available for each day, or stop the use of a vehicle for a whole day of the week
  8. Repeat steps for each motorist and vehicle you want to define access to
