Changes to Rakino Island ferry from May 2025
From May 2025 The Rakino Island ferry will no longer use Stanley Bay wharf and will use the Bayswater ferry terminal instead.
- Rakino Island ferries will continue to use the Stanley Bay wharf for some trips up until the end of April 2025
- From May 2025 Rakino Island ferries will use the Bayswater ferry terminal instead of Stanley Bay for some trips.
- The ferry terminal at Bayswater is on Sir Peter Blake Parade, Bayswater.
- This is a permanent change.
- The service will continue to use the wharves at Downtown and Rakino Island.
