Wellesley Street Bus Improvements Wellesley Street Bus Improvements
From 14 April 2024 to late 2025, several bus stops will be moved due to construction for the Wellesley Street Bus Improvements project.
Route 75
Buses heading eastbound (toward Queen St) will change from Stop 7086 –The Civic Stop B to a new temporary bus stop outside the Auckland Council building between Federal St and Albert St.
Buses heading westbound (away from Queen St) will change from Stop 1332 – SkyCity Auckland to stop 1088 – International Convention Centre between Nelson St and Hobson St.
Routes 82, 802, 923, 924, & NX2
Buses heading eastbound will change from Stop 7086 –The Civic Stop A to a new temporary bus stop outside the Auckland Council building between Federal St and Albert St.
Buses heading westbound will change from Stop 7232 –The Civic Stop C to stop 1332 – SkyCity Auckland on the other side of Mayoral Drive.
Routes 22N, 22R, 24B, & 24R
Buses heading eastbound will change from Stop 7086 –The Civic Stop B to Stop 1083 – SkyCity Auckland between Hobson St and Federal St.
Buses heading westbound will change from Stop 1332 – SkyCity Auckland to a new temporary bus stop outside St Matthews in the City between Hobson St and Federal St.
All of these stop changes will be clearly signposted at bus stops to help you get where you need to go.
