Applications for our 2023 Graduate Programme are now closed. You can find more information about our programme and recruitment dates below.

Your moment
to shine

Ngā Kaihoe is our new emerging talent program, attracting the most gifted scholars, interns and graduates.

For a period of 18 months, our Kaihoe (grads and interns) will work under the guidance of a mentor, being offered both stability and support. Working on different projects, with different teams and even other council family organisations, Kaihoe will gain new skills and deepen their knowledge of AT. Once the program concludes, our graduates will be seamlessly transitioned into permanent positions.

Are you ready to join us and make your plans a reality?
