Plan your journey

Tamaki Link (TMK) bus services will be starting earlier than usual to help with getting you to the event.

You can travel for free on TMK buses between 4:30am and 12:00pm when you show the event social media post.

Plan your train journey

No trains are running on Friday 10 July. You can travel to Waitematā on rail replacement bus services, where you can change for TMK bus services towards Orakei Marae.

Full Rail Network Closure

There will be a full closure of the rail network from Thursday 9 until Sunday 12 June.

Southern Line: Buses replace trains between Waitematā and Pukekohe.

Western Line: Buses replace trains between Waitematā and Swanson.

Eastern Line: Buses replace trains between Waitematā and Manukau.

Onehunga Line: Buses replace trains between Newmarket and Onehunga.

The Downtown Ferry Terminal is next to the Britomart Transport Centre in downtown Auckland. Ferry passengers can easily change to a TMK bus service travelling towards Orakei Marae.

Parking Restrictions

Parking restrictions will be in place from 2am to 10:00am:

- No parking on Kitemoana Street (excluding some resident parking) and part of Reihana Street.
