How to get a replacement Total Mobility AT HOP card

Phone your Total Mobility assessor agency or call our Contact Centre on 09 355 3553 and tell them that your card is lost, stolen or expired.

You will receive your replacement card within 2 weeks of placing your request. 

Please note: You will be charged full-price fares until your card is replaced.
