When you have permits or coupons, you can review and update your permit details.


Transfer a parking permit

We will consider transferring a permit to another vehicle, eg. If you have purchased a new vehicle.

Contact us in writing to request the transfer of a permit to another vehicle. Please provide your name, address, contact number, permit number (if known), old and new car registration numbers, and make and model of the new vehicle.

If the transfer is accepted, you will be notified that the replacement permit has been activated.


Update credit or debit card

You can update your credit or debit card details via our website or the AT Park app.

Via the AT website

  1. Log in to your MyAT account
  2. Click on ‘AT Park’ to see options
  3. Click on ‘Manage account’ to go to the user menu
  4. Click on ‘Payment & balance details’
  5. Enter credit card details
  6. Click ‘Save’

In the AT Park app

  1. Tap the menu icon
  2. Tap ‘Account’
  3. Tap ‘Log in with AT Park ID’
  4. Log in to your MyAT account
  5. Tap ‘Card details’
  6. Tap ‘Edit card details’
  7. Enter card details
  8. Tap ‘Update’

View or download tax invoice

When you log in to your MyAT account, you can generate a tax invoice for paid permits and coupons.

  1. Log in to your MyAT account
  2. Click on ‘Manage account’ in the AT Park section
  3. Click ‘View recent transactions’
  4. Using the dropdown menus, select the month, year and vehicle you want to see details for
  5. Click ‘Search’ to see a list of parking transactions for the selected month
  6. Below the list, click on the link to download an ‘Excel Transaction Report’ or ‘PDF Tax Invoice’

Cancel a parking permit

To request cancellation of a parking permit, Contact us in writing to request the change. Please provide your name, address, contact number, permit number (if known) and car registration number/s.

No refund can be provided for any unused time on the permit, as the permit fee is not monthly pro-rated, customers pay a yearly flat fee.

Once the cancellation has been processed you will be notified.
