Lost property on bus, train or ferry
- If you have found something: Please do not touch the item and notify a staff member on board as soon as possible.

Reporting problems with railway crossings

For any damage at train stations, contact our train station maintenance team directly on 09 336 8194.
Bus charter services
For charter quotes and bookings, you will need to contact a bus operator directly - find transport operator contact details.
Harbourmaster
Contact Harbourmaster for Maritime safety, moorings, harbour emergencies such as; sinking, grounding, oil spills or collisions.
