Plan your bus journey
There are frequent bus services around Auckland that can help get you to your destination on the day.
Additional NX1 services to Auckland Domain will run from Albany Bus Station to Stop 1028 Park Road/Auckland City Hospital in Grafton at 4:30am and 5am.

Services on ANZAC Day morning
Each line will operate an extra early morning service at the following times:
• Eastern Line: leaving Manukau at 4am.
• Southern Line: leaving Pukekohe at 3:30am.
• Western Line: leaving Swanson at 3:52am.
• Onehunga Line: leaving Onehunga at 4:30am.
Train lines will be impacted on ANZAC Day:
Eastern Line
Eastern Line trains will operate in the morning of ANZAC Day. The last service travelling towards Waitematā will leave Manukau at 12:11pm. The last service travelling towards Manukau will leave Waitematā at 12:57pm. After the last service, there will be a full network closure with services resuming on 28 April.
Onehunga Line
Onehunga Line trains will operate in the morning of ANZAC Day. The last service travelling towards Newmarket will leave Onehunga at 1:23pm. The last service travelling towards Onehunga will leave Newmarket at 12:57pm. After the last service, there will be a full network closure with services resuming on 28 April.
Southern Line
Southern Line trains will operate in the morning of ANZAC Day. The last service travelling towards Waitematā will leave Pukekohe at 12:11pm. The last service travelling towards Pukekohe will leave Waitematā at 12:30pm. After the last service, there will be a full network closure with services resuming on 28 April.
Western Line
Western Line trains will operate in the morning of ANZAC Day. The last service travelling towards Waitematā will leave Swanson at 12:40pm. The last service travelling towards Swanson will leave Waitematā at 12:43pm. After the last service, there will be a full network closure with services resuming on 28 April.

Plan your ferry journey
The Downtown Ferry Terminal is located near Waitematā Train Station, with train and bus services nearby that can help you get to your destination. Ferries will run on a normal Saturday timetable.

The following events will have minimal impact on public transport services:
• Balmoral/Mt Eden: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Beachlands: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Birkenhead: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Browns Bay: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Henderson: Railside Avenue will be closed with diversions in place from 6:30am to 3pm
• Manurewa: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• New Lynn: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Newmarket: no diversion in place, but a rolling closure along parade route will occur between 8:45am and 9:10am.
• Onehunga: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Remuera: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Warkworth: Neville Street and Church Hill will be closed with diversions in place from 5am to 12pm. Southbound lane of Mill Lane will also be closed during this time.
• Wellsford: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
• Waiuku: no bus diversions required, stops remain open.
