Train updates - AT Mobile app service
You can receive updates via the AT Mobile app for train service disruptions. Messages are personalised to the specific information you want, so you'll hear only about train services relevant to you.
Simply register and then select the line(s) you travel on and the timeframe(s) during which you would like to receive information. Your service updates will be sent 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the timeframe(s) you have selected.
Train updates are provided free of charge. You can change your preferences at any time.
Train network wide messages
Please note that network-wide messages will be sent to all users to inform you of:
- Network wide issues
- Reminders regarding planned line closures
- Lift outages
- Special events
