AT Park for business AT Park for business

Consolidate and manage your business parking costs

If your staff need to use on-street paid parking, they can be set up on a company AT Park account. This consolidates all your on-street paid parking costs into one place and you no longer need to reimburse staff for parking costs.

Currently AT Park can only be used for on-street parking and at selected AT operated off-street pay and display car parks. The Auckland CBD car park buildings will be available for use with AT Park towards the end of 2018.

Create account

Create and set up your account on the AT website before your staff download the app to their phones.

Once drivers have been set up on the company account they can download the app without needing to register.

You will need:

  • A company email address.
  • A valid credit card.
  • Mobile numbers of staff who will use the system.
  • Registration number of all vehicles that will use the system.


  • Register your business account
  • Create a MyAT account for your business, go to
  • When creating your account, use a business email address
  • Once you set your password you can then login to MyAT
  • On the MyAT dashboard, click on ‘Register or learn more about AT Park’
  • On the AT Park page, click on ‘Register for AT Park’

To complete your registration, you need to insert a motorist mobile phone number and vehicle registration. This could be a phone number of the business owner/manager and one of the vehicles in your fleet.

Add vehicles and motorists

Once you have completed the AT Park registration, log in to MyAT and click on AT Park “Manage Account’.

Add vehicles -Under User Menu click on “Add Vehicle”, then you can add all the registration plates of the vehicles that you want to use AT Park.

Add motorists (mobile phone numbers) - Under User Menu you can add the phone numbers of the people that you want to use AT Park.

You can also define days and times that each person can use AT Park. If you don’t want to define times then leave this blank.

Once you have set up mobile phone numbers of the staff that are going to be using AT Park, they can then download the app from the App Store or Google Play store. When they open the app it will ask them to enter their mobile number. A verification code will then be sent to their phone, which they need to enter into the app. Once this is verified they are able to start using the app to pay for parking. All parking costs will be charged back to the company credit card.

Manage your account

Manage existing vehicles

When you are logged in to your MyAT account, you can manage your AT Park details, this includes the ability to add vehicles, remove an existing vehicle, and export a list of your vehicles. It is worthwhile having someone manage the account and remove the phone numbers of people that leave the company.

View transactions

Under the User Menu click on Recent Transactions. Here you can select a month and view all AT Park transactions in that month. You can also export the transactions in different formats.
