Winners of the 'Think Outside the Car Award' at the 2018 Travelwise Choices Awards, GoodSense ethical marketing echoes its own business values by supporting flexi-working.

With a team of 12, most work from home offices and 1 from a shared office space. With team members in Wellington, Christchurch and Taupo as well as Auckland, the team walk/cycle or catch the bus/train wherever feasible and schedule diaries to minimise transport in Auckland and out of town.

Events and workshops are planned near public transport services, video conferencing is used for meetings, and social media and other cloud apps are used to communicate with each other and clients.

GoodSense are constantly looking at ways to create strong personal interactions without having to travel and enjoy working with like-minded clients, flexible about meetings, in support of minimising travel.
