Commercial operations that provide bunkers or discharge sludge/waste oil within the Auckland region, must notify the Harbourmaster's office 24 hours before the transfer.
In accordance with clause 52 of the Auckland Council Navigation Safety Bylaw 2014, please fill out the form below to notify the Harbourmaster's office about your activity.
You need to know
If the oil transfer or bunkering operation is taking place at any of these locations:
- Bledisloe
- Captain Cook
- Fergusson
- Freyberg
- Jellicoe
- Marsden
- Princes
- Queens
- Tug Pen
When you submit this form, a notification will be sent to the Harbourmaster's office and to Ports of Auckland who manage these wharves.
