During the outage you will still be able to top up your AT HOP card, purchase the new bus and train monthly pass or the ferry passes from retailers, top up machines and customer service centres. However, during that time the following online services will be unavailable:

  • Account Login.
  • View AT HOP transactions.
  • Top up AT HOP cards.
  • Update account details.
  • Apply for a concession.
  • Register for AT HOP.

If you need urgent assistance, please call (09) 366 4467.

Most accounts will work after 7am on Sunday 28 August, and we expect all services to resume fully by Sunday evening.
