13 September 2023

Planning has been underway for this site, and we are working through the preferred design options.

The two designs options are:

  • Reinforced Earth Wall
  • Tied Back Steel UC solider Pile wall

The steel UC wall is most likely to be the final option - as the ground conditions have been unstable.

There have been some delays with preparing our options report as further investigation and ground analysis has been required due to the ground conditions which are very challenging on this site.

The road remains closed.
