- After your concession is loaded, it will take 1 hour for it to be available on your AT HOP card.
- Tag on within 60 days otherwise the SuperGold concession will expire. If that happens, contact us and we can reactivate it for you.
- Remember, until the SuperGold concession is tagged on to the card, adult fares will be charged.
