Homai Station access upgraded during rail closure
Date: 23 January 2025 Homai Station is now ready for more frequent train services when the City Rail Link opens in 2026, with safer access to the station as well as improvements for the local blind and low vision community. AT doubles tertiary discount to 40% to support students
Date: 28 November 2025 Auckland Transport (AT) is doubling the public transport discount for tertiary students from 20 per cent to 40 per cent from 14 December 2025 , in a move designed to improve transport affordability for Auckland’s tertiary students and remove barriers to study.
