MyAT temporarily unavailable due to system upgrade

MyAT accounts will be unavailable from 11:00 pm on Friday 7 November to 11:00 pm on Sunday 9 November.
You can still travel with your AT HOP card or use contactless payment during this time.
We are upgrading our systems, so you will not be able to top-up online. You will still be able to top up in person at retail outlets, AT HOP machines at stations, and customer service centres.
All other AT services are available.
